- if you sell it, i get a digital copy of original full-sized files and a release authorizing me to print it, if I request it.
- you cant recolor a photo and re-post it as your own
- no works made by my stock can go in a photography category on any website.
- if you use it in grafix that will be used by massive amounts of people, ie: on website template sites or social networks like myspace/facebook - you have to credit Nijlon Kai in the actual graphic. You do not have to do this if you're making a unique piece of art. Crediting anywhere near the piece is fine.

LONG VERSION

I am a member of ~Unrestricted-Stock and follow their Terms of Usage. Please refer to the Licence Agreement for full specifics on what is and isn't okay.

This does NOT mean however, that you can just flagrantly use the stock without some considerations. You must follow those rules as well as my own personal usage rules listed above.


You may use it on the following:

+ Websites full or template, multimedia presentations.
+ Themes and skins for all media both printed and digital.
+ In printed promotional and/or commercial materials.
+ In the design of corporate identity both on & offline.
+ In wallpaper themes/computer interfaces.
+ Personal artwork both published and unpublished.

You may not use as is in any reprints such as cafepress.com (a seperate deviation made using it is fine, like if you have an advanced photo manip you want to print and sell - that is okay. you CANNOT re-color it and call it your own) type items, resell or redestribute as stock or photography, or in any way promoting hate or bigotry of ANY kind, and in defamatory ways to the models depicted.

You must also in all cases possible credit me and always notify me of usage as well. I favorite all usage on deviantart.com if it follows the rules and appears to have taken more than 5 minutes to complete.
